Well hello there!
Today was pretty nice. It started around 13:00 (1:00 PM), when we finally got out of the house and decided to go for a walk. We drove to the start of a path Dad walked a couple days ago.

At the top of the path, there were a ton of sheep. Most of them were concentrated along the side of the hill, but there were quite a few little groups lying in the shade at the top.

These three let me get surprisingly close. The mom was watching me closely, of course, but she eventually calmed down while I was just kneeling on the ground patiently.
Most of the sheep I tried to take pictures of ran away if I approached too quickly or walked too closely to them. If there were lambs lying on the ground, the ewes glared at me suspiciously.

Six eyes pointed right at me here. When I walked toward the larger group, I could feel twenty or thirty sets of eyes on me.

If anyone is interested, this is where we were. It was a really nice walk and an amazing view (not featured here) from the top of the hill.

After that, we drove to the town of Broadway. The first thing we did was go shopping in a little market we found.

After eating at a local pub and buying some chocolate for dessert, we headed back. On the way, though, we stopped at Broadway Tower. Exactly as it sounds, it's a tower just outside of Broadway.

Of course, how could we resist climbing up to the top?

We noticed only one buck among all the does and fawns. From this angle, it just seemed like he was just looking at all of them.
Today is our last day in the Cotswolds. Tomorrow, we drive back to London for five days.
It's been great being here. The countryside has been extremely relaxing and beautiful. We didn't do too much while we were here, but it was intended to be mostly recovery after the insanity of Paris anyway.

With this picture of the flag flying over Broadway Tower, I leave you. Tomorrow, I will be writing from London.
Until then,
Alec
