Hello again everyone!
I was just fiddling around with the site settings (you may notice the shmancy new navigation menu) and I started wondering if this setup works for readers. I'm just curious what people think would be more efficient; having everything lumped together on one home page or having it divided for writing and photography.
Thinking out loud for a second, my reasoning is this: having everything together would fill up quicker and make it harder to find specific things, but it would be easier to find the most recent post(s) or to view chronological order. Meanwhile, having them separated could mean I might reference things in other categories—and have to link to the other page—and it would make it harder to see exactly when posts were published, but it would be easier to look through and find just one type of thing.
If you have an answer to this, feedback or suggestions for any other parts of the site design, or just general things to tell me, please feel free to contact me at afriedmanphoto@gmail.com.
I'd love to hear what people think about everything, whether it be the website, my photography, or life in general.
That's all for now,
Alec
